ஆர்டர் கோரிக்கைகள் / Order requests

• Submitting the order form creates an order request, not a confirmed sale.
• No payment is collected on this website.
• The store will contact you to confirm availability, the final price and delivery details. An order is accepted only when the store confirms it with you directly.
• Prices shown are from the store’s current price list and may be corrected by the store if there is an error.
• Gift-box prices are fixed; individual-product discounts do not apply to gift boxes.

டெலிவரி / Delivery

டெலிவரி பகுதிகள், கட்டணம் மற்றும் தேதிகளை ஒவ்வொரு ஆர்டருக்கும் கடை தனியாக உறுதிப்படுத்தும்.

Delivery areas, charges and dates are confirmed by the store for each order. Delivery is not guaranteed to every location.

ரத்து / Cancellation

உறுதிசெய்யப்படும் முன் ஆர்டர் கோரிக்கையை ரத்து செய்ய கடையைத் தொடர்புகொள்ளவும்.

To cancel an order request before it is confirmed, contact the store. Cancellation terms for confirmed orders will be explained by the store.

பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் சட்ட அறிவிப்பு / Safety and legal notice

பட்டாசு விற்பனை, எடுத்துச் செல்லுதல் மற்றும் பயன்பாடு சட்டங்களால் கட்டுப்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன. ஒவ்வொரு ஆர்டரையும் ஏற்கும் முன் பொருந்தும் உரிமங்கள், உள்ளூர் கட்டுப்பாடுகள் மற்றும் விதிகளை கடை சரிபார்க்கும். சில பகுதிகளுக்கு அல்லது சில நேரங்களில் ஆர்டரை ஏற்க முடியாமல் போகலாம்.

• The sale, transport and use of fireworks are regulated in India. Before accepting any order, the store is responsible for verifying applicable licences, local restrictions, permitted sale and use periods, age requirements and transport or delivery restrictions.
• Orders may be declined where the law or local authorities do not permit the sale or delivery.
• Follow the instructions printed on each product and all local rules and permitted timings when using fireworks.
• Fireworks should be handled by adults and kept away from children when not in use.
